Sales and Marketing Administrator

Main responsibilities

  • Perform administrative work for Sales & Marketing, such as data entry, list uploading, list cleansing, etc.
  • Handle the email correspondence, create proposals / offers and communicate with the customers to get the desired information and answer their queries.
  • Communicate important information and feedback from customers internally.
  • Assist with the production of our sales and marketing deliverables. Create marketing content for digital and print advertising;
  • Assist in building a coherent social media strategy for the hotel and its outlets.
  • Actively assist in all Resort’s in-house merchandising.
  • Assist with the review and execution of various company communications (brochures, menus, event promotional).
  • Assist with the preparation and execution of various events and conferences organized by the company.
  • Provide support to the Sales and Marketing Manager on ongoing projects, as well as the rest of the team as and when necessary.

Main requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Degree in Marketing or any other relevant subject will be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent oral and written skills in English and Greek language.

Front Office

Head Receptionist

Main Responsibilities

  • Handling guests’ requests or queries
  • Follow up with guest to ensure satisfaction with guest-related issues.
  • Ensure high levels of guest service and evaluate guest satisfaction.
  • Assist with room allocation for arriving rooms, including the organization of arrivals and departures.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in.
  • Act as the first point of contact for the Guust Relations and Front Office teams for complaint handling.

Porter

We are seeking for Porters with passion and love for hospitality to join our team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist the Front Office team with the efficient check in and out of guests.
  • Assist with distributing wristbands, tagging luggage and guiding guest into the resort.
  • Deliver all messages and/or treatments to the guest’s room.
  • Monitor language room.
  • Assist the Reception and Lobby bar in ensuring the entrance is properly maintained and tidy.   
  • Ensuring that security gates are closed when they are no longer in use (as per company policy).

Lifeguard

We are seeking for Lifeguards to join our team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Carefully monitors the activities and people in the pool area under his supervision in order to prevent and avoid accidents.
  • Acts quickly and effectively to rescue swimmers in danger of drowning.
  • Where necessary, provides First Aid
  • Warns bathers when they take actions that are contrary to the Resort’s health and safety regulations, endangering their safety or the safety of other people in pools areas.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manages daily operation requirements during all shifts.
  • Performs daily briefs for the team. Include all necessary daily info, quality & H&S standards, bite size trainings, motivate and encourage the team.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Fluency in English and Greek is mandatory.
  • Strong customer service skills are required, along with knowledge of wine and current food trends.
  • Ability to multitask and remain flexible in various situations is important.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ensures smooth running of culinary operations and maintains standards within budget and outlet area.
  • Motivates and leads by example.
  • Checks the quality of all food production in the kitchen and maintains the highest standards.

Maintenance

Maintenance Storekeeper

The Maintenance Storekeeper will provide operational and administrative support to Maintenance Department of the Resort in terms of managing the store in an efficient and professional manner.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensures that the Maintenance store is correctly rotated and issued in sequence.
  • Perform administrative skills such as ordering, managing the distribution of materials from the store according to Resort procedures
  • Assist with physical stock count activities as required.
  • Carrying out weekly spot checks on store items.
  • Report any discrepancies of goods against purchase order.
  • Maximise use of storage space available.
  • Maintain up to date storeroom plans and records.
  • Assisting colleagues with tasks.
  • Handles work orders in a timely manner.
