» What is the check in/check out times? Is there an option of a late checkout room? 

The check in time is 14.00hrs and the check out time is 12.00 midday; however, a late checkout is available at request and subject to availability at an extra charge.

A late checkout request can only be confirmed one day prior to the guest’s departure from the hotel and it is always subject to availability. Please request your late checkout at the reception desk during your stay and please be assured that we will do our upmost best to satisfy it (subject to availability). We highly recommend that guests request a possible late check out at least 48 hrs prior to departure.

Please note that the cost for a late checkout is as follows:

Until 15:00hrs – €40.00 per room

Until 18:00hrs – €60.00 per room

» Is there internet / Wi-Fi Service available? If so, is it chargeable?

We do offer a Wi-Fi coverage across the whole resort and this service is offered free of charge for all guests of the Aliathon Resort. Please contact the reception desk upon your arrival for your log in code.

» Do you provide pool towels in the hotel? If yes, is there any extra charge? 

One pool towel is offered for each guest staying at the Aliathon; The pool towels are provided free of charge and can be changed when required. You can collect your pool towels from the Faros Spa by using the pool towel card given upon arrival as an exchange for your towel.

» Do you provide baby cots in the rooms? If so, is there any charge? 

If you have an infant under the age of 2 on your booking, a baby cot will be put into your room prior to your arrival. Should you require a baby cot for a child over 2 years old, please feel free to email us at reservations@aliathonresort.com/ or request it at the reception desk upon arrival. Baby cots are provided free of charge.

» Do you have wheelchair friendly rooms & facilities? 

All areas of the resort are wheelchair accessible and we do offer wheelchair friendly rooms; please contact our reservations department at reservations@aliathonresort.com/ for further information.

» Is there any food and drink available for late arrivals?  

Should you wish to have this option upon your arrival, please contact our reservations department via the “Contact Us” section of this website or by emailing reservations@aliathonresort.com/. Please note that, for the All-Inclusive guests arriving to the hotel after 21:30hrs, we do provide a cold sandwich, fruit and water free of charge. Please also note that a food outlet within the Aliathon Plaza will remain open until 22:30hrs as an added option for all late arriving guests (at an extra charge and subject to change). Please ask reception upon arrival for further information.

» I have special dietary requirements; will your hotel be able to cater for this?

Please be assured that our chefs will be more than willing to help you with any explanation of food content or request for an individual meal to be cooked. Please contact our guest relations at guestrelations@aliathonresort.com/ or see a member of restaurant staff during your stay.

» Do you provide an iron & ironing board in your guest’s rooms? If so, is there any extra charge?

Yes we do provide the option of hiring an iron and ironing board, please note that this service is free of charge. Should you require an iron in your room please contact the reception desk and they will be more than happy to arrange for one to be delivered to your room.

» Are there any laundry services available? 

There is a laundry service via our housekeeping service at a small charge.

» We are celebrating a special occasion whilst we staying with you. How can I organise something? 

Please contact our Guest Relations upon arrival or prior to your arrival via our “Contact Us” section of this website in order to help you with any special treatments or requests you may have.

» Is there parking available in the Resort? If so, is it chargeable?

Please note that there is a private car parking area at both the Aliathon Aegean & Aliathon Ionian receptions and it is free of charge for all of our guests.

» Can a group and/or a wedding party book different board basis?

For groups and/or wedding bookings, please note that if members of the party are on an All-Inclusive basis, then it is our hotel’s policy that all other bookings must be on the same board basis in order to be accepted. Further to this it is also advised for group/wedding bookings to book within the same hotel (Aliathon Aegean or Aliathon Ionian) as the facilities available are not mutual.

Do you provide Bed guard?

Yes please feel free to email us at reservations@aliathonresort.com/ or request it at the reception desk upon arrival. Bed guards are provided free of charge.

Can you organize taxi transfers from the airport?

Yes please feel free to email us at reservations@aliathonresort.com/ in order to arrange your transfer.

Do you offer day passes?

We do not offer day passes for non resident guests. Day passes can be offered exclusively to the guests of the wedding receptions, on the wedding day only. For more information please email weddings@aliathonresort.com/

Can I make a room request and can it be guaranteed?

All room requests are subject to availability and cannot guaranteed, however rest assured we will always try our upmost best to fulfill them for you. Please feel free to email reservations@aliathonresort.com/ in order to note your room requests.

Can I hire a mobility scooter or wheelchair?

Yes we will be more than happy to arrange any special equipment you may need during your stay, please feel free to email us on reservations@aliathonresort.com/ in order to obtain a quotation.

Can I pre book the a la carte restaurants?

No unfortunately the a la carte restaurants can only be arranged in resort with at least two days prior notice. Reservations can be made through Info Kiosk at the hotel lobby.

What’s the difference between the Aliathon Aegean & Aliathon Ionian?

The Aliathon Aegean experience combines a warm and relaxed atmosphere, ideal for those seeking tranquility. With a range of board basis options to meet your personal holiday needs, the Aliathon Aegean can be booked directly via the ‘BOOK NOW’ section of this website. At the Aliathon Ionian parents and children have action-packed fun as they enjoy first class service, superb facilities and a choice of entertainment and sports in an enjoyable atmosphere. During the period April – October the Aliathon Ionian is operated as part of unique concept ‘Holiday Villages’ bookable via First Choice Holidays (TUI).

Can I pre book the swim academy, football academy or the kid clubs?

You can pre book the academies via first choice holidays or arrange them here in resort during your welcome meeting. All kids’ club sessions can be booked in resort only and are only available for Aliathon Ionian guests.

Is it possible to upgrade to a different room type once I have booked?

Yes subject to availability and at an extra charge, please inquire at the reception desk or by email reservations@aliathonresort/ for available upgrades during your stay.

How do I rent a baby pack?
